  • You will receive compensation, and the airline decides the amount and type of compensation

  • In the following cases, non-refundable ticket holders will receive their refunds as if the airline cancelled the flight, the airline made a significant change to the schedule, or the airline provided a refund.

  • There will be no reimbursement for overnight accommodations, meals, or car rentals because of delays or cancellations.

How Long Does the Refund Take?
